Voice and Data Solutions for a Financial Services company

COMPANY INFORMATION:

The client is a reputed financial services company in India. It has access to millions of Indian shareholders, besides companies, banks, financial institutions and regulatory agencies. It has Head office in Hyderabad (India) and Branch offices spread across the country (India).

CHALLENGE:

Company has a 2 Mbps link between Hyderabad Office and Frame Relay Service Provider (Global Electronic Commerce Services Ltd.) Hyderabad. Client's Branch Offices located in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Lucknow are connected to FRSP (Global) local office at respective location through a 64k-lease line. The database existing in Hyderabad Office was to be made online for their other Branch offices. They also wanted voice connectivity between the Head Office and all the Branch Offices.

SOLUTION OFFERED:

Convergent Communications provided single point solution for Hardware, Implementation, Network Management support and services to the client. Complete network was designed and implemented keeping constant connectivity in mind. 2 Mbps link between Head Office and Frame Relay Service Provider - Hyderabad was programmed for number of Frame Relay Stations and configured for individual Branch offices. Branch Offices are connected to Frame Relay Service Provider at their respective local offices through 64kbps lease line. We have configured the routers at all the locations for Voice and Data Connectivity.
