The company, our client is into Industrial Automation Systems, Industrial Automation products, and System Integration with Services and Support. The Company has offices all over the globe with its Head Office in Japan. In India, the Head office is in Bangalore (India) and Branch offices are spread across the country (India).

CHALLENGE:

The client has an IPLC link between Japan and Bangalore (India). The database existing in Japan was to be made online for their Indian offices spread across the country. The client also wanted voice and data connectivity for Indian offices spread across the country.

SOLUTION OFFERED:

Convergent Communications provided single point solution for Hardware, Media, Network Management support and services to the client. Complete network was designed and implemented keeping constant connectivity in mind. Two centralized Hubs were designed; one for voice and data connectivity via multiple 64kbps leased line links between Country Head Office and Branch Offices spread across the country. Second Hub was designed for Data storage and connectivity between India and Japan.
