Objectives and Benefits of Module 1

Two days Seminar on Networks Made Simple.
Networking Technologies are growing in an exponential way. LAN, MAN, WLAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VOIP, Gigabit, DSL, WDM, X.25, VSAT, 3G, GPRS. It seems there are too many buzzwords, and too many technologies for choice, hence creating a confusion in the minds of the aspirants.

Consequently, technology may look like complex stuff. But the truth is, if the concepts or fundamentals are clear, technology will be real joy. It is interesting to note that though more and more specialised technologies are being evolved, fundamental framework remains same. Hence it is very important to understand the fundamentals. This seminar aims at imparting the basics of Networking & Communications.

Who will benefit from this?

  • Top and middle management executives of organisations interested to know on Networking , but don't find time
  • Decision makers in Government organisations
  • Working Engineers with the background of Electronics / Computer Science / Electrical / Information science , aspiring to take 'Networking and
    Communications' as the career
  • Marketing and sales personnel responsible for bringing networking business
  • Fresh recruits but to be trained in System Integration organisations
  • Those who have just completed the Engineering degree and looking for jobs in Networking
  • Academicians
  • Students of final year studying in Electronics / Communications /
    Computer science / Information Science
  • Any enthusiast thirst of getting knowledge in this field

Objectives and Benefits of Module 2

Three days workshop - Title- Router in depth
Router is a vital element in Information Communication Networks. The need for field level expertise is increasing every day. This workshop is focussed on a specific product -Vanguard Router, a product by M/s Vanguard Managed Solutions, one of the former division of Motorola. This product is widely used in critical wide area networks worldwide. The participant will get an opportunity to work on Vanguard Routers, guided by the expert trainers of CCIPL; The training will gear up the field level personnel to install , commission and maintain other routers also.

Who will benefit from this?

  • Those interested in becoming Wide Area Network specialists like :
  • Wide Area Network architects
  • Field level personnel involved in installation, commissioning and maintenance
